What kind of hair do we sell?

All Waeve hair is high grade, high quality 100% cuticle aligned, human hair. It is all hand inspected before it is sent out to you. 

How do I get in touch with customer service?

You can reach our customer service with any comments, questions or concerns via Instagram direct message @thewaeve or by email at hey@thewaeve.com. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, but typically a lot sooner. :) 

How does the new customer discount work?

The new customer discount is $20 off of any purchase of hair that includes bundles.  The discount applies to any new customer to Waeve!

When will I receive tracking information for my order?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will will receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number.

Do we ship outside of the United States?

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally. Follow us on IG and sign up for our emails to be the first to know when that changes.

Do we offer gift cards?
