What do the wigs come with?
We’re so glad you asked! The wigs come with an entire Wig Starter Kit included free with every purchase. The kit contains four wig caps in two different shades, tweezers for plucking, scissors for cutting the lace, a dust bag for storing your wig and a mini dust bag for storing your accessories. We want you to have all you need to wear your wig right out of the box!
   
Are the wigs all human hair? Are the wigs all synthetic hair?
Great question. In this drop, we have three 100% human hair wigs and three 100% synthetic hair wigs. Our 100% human hair wigs are: Monday Tuesday, and Thursday. Our 100% synthetic hair wigs are Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
   
Where is the hair being sourced from?
Great question! We have multiple suppliers, all based in mainland China. We have gone through a multi-step vetting process for each of the suppliers that we work with, which includes factory tours and business ethics vetting.
    
What kind of hair is it? What’s the origin of the hair?
Great question! While we don’t like to use the traditional characterizations of hair (like Brazilian, Cambodian, raw etc.) because they’re often not true or relevant, we can tell you that our human hair wigs are 100% real, cuticle aligned hair sourced in Southeast Asia and manufactured into wigs in China. Our synthetic hair is made up of a blend of Futura and Korean High Temperature fiber making it some of the softest and most natural synthetic hair on the market!
   
What is T-style lace?
Great question! The T-Style lace part is an innovative part design that allows you to get the ease of a closure with the flexibility, customization and natural look of a frontal! The T-style has a pre-plucked part and lace from ear to ear.
      
Do the wigs come with clips?
Great question! Right now, none of the six styles in this drop include clips. We made this decision from experience feedback from members of our community who shared that clips had caused damage to their natural hair in the past. When will I receive my order?
You can expect to receive your Waeve 4-10 business days after placing your order. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, it might be closer to 14-18 business days. Please keep in mind, due to COVID-19 shipping delays are possible. If you are having an issue, feel free to reach out to us directly at hi@thewaeve.com!
    
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free (!!!) on all orders over $90 USD. If your order doesn’t quite hit that $90 mark, shipping will be a flat $10 USD.
    
What is the return policy?
Didn’t catch your Waeve? Don’t worry, if your new Waeve product isn’t right for you, we’ll accept returns on eligible products any time within 14 days of receiving your order. Please see our return eligibility standards below! In order to be eligibile for return, your wig must be in its original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no odor or signs of wear or styling product, lace uncut). Any personalizations such as color, cut and cap alterations are not refundable. To start your return, email us at hi@thewaeve.com!
    
Where do you ship from?
All Waeve orders ship from our fulfillment center in Boston, MA.
     
Where does Waeve ship?
Waeve currently ships to all 50 US states. Want us to ship to you? Tell us where you are at hi@thewaeve.com!
     
Can I cancel or change my order?
Did you place your order just seconds ago? Shoot us an email at hi@thewaeve.com real quick and we’ll do our best to make those changes! That said, once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, we aren’t able to cancel or edit an order. If you’d still like to make a change once your order has been delivered, you can start a return by emailing us at hi@thewaeve.com!
      
How long until I receive tracking information for my order?
All Waeve orders take 72 hrs to process. If you don’t see your shipping confirmation email after 72 hrs, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at hi@thewaeve.com! Keep in mind, we don’t process orders on weekends so if you place your order on a Friday night, processing won’t begin until the following Monday.

Are these wigs the same wigs that will be in the public drop?
Great question! Yes! This is an *early access* drop, so these are the same six wigs that the rest of the world will soon see. You just get to see them first! Congratulations!
     
When is public launch?
Great question! Public launch will be this summer! We can’t give you the exact date quite yet but it’s coming ;)
